B2B Bulk-Portfolio Packaging Pre-Audit (PPWR)

(Bulk Upload for Manufacturers, Importers & Wholesalers)

This page is exclusively optimized for companies with large product catalogs. You do not need to click through company master data or target countries individually on the website. All information (including weights, country-specific quantity estimations, and certificate assignments) is recorded directly in our standardized Excel spreadsheet.

1. Company Information (Client)

Status of the Client Regarding Packaging: *

📥 Step 1: Download the Excel Structure Template

Download our B2B matrix. The spreadsheet contains dedicated columns for all 27 EU member states as well as a mapping column for your PDF certificates. Enter your product data there before proceeding to Step 2.

📤 Step 2: Upload Filled Data Packages

Important for documents: Pack all material data sheets, REACH reports, and layouts into one folder on your computer. Name the PDFs exactly as you entered them in the Excel spreadsheet. Save this folder as a single .zip file and upload both files here.
